    Computer Freezing on Boot After Installing Windows 11


    Good Morning.I installed Windows 11 on an Asus ROG desktop one day last week. Since doing so, I've run into a problem. When I try to boot up from a powered off state, it freezes at the screen with the Republic of Gamers logo. I have waited for 10+ minutes and it doesn't load. I can then power off the desktop and turn it back on and it will boot fine. But after I do a shutdown again, it runs into the same problem. If I choose to restart my PC, it works fine.Hoping someone has suggestions out there.Thanks,Justin

    Windows Vista Wont Install Freezes?

    had the same problem, freezes and long installation including each step loading, in my case a bios update helped.

    Windows boots to the desktop then freezes

    Yeah...I went to google and got the F8...lol*Stick Out Tongue Computer Freezing on Boot After Installing Windows 11 :p....thxxx

    It boots up in safe mode and seems to work fine. Now I just need to figure out what's causing windows to freeze up befor it fully loads in normal start up operation.

    Any suggestions where I might start ?
