Windows 10: Computer freezing on startup after fresh factory reset

I have been having a horrible problem where my computer freezes as soon as I turn it on, couldn’t use my computer for anything, currently windows 11. I factory reset the computer, trying to boot using windows 10, after successful installation of windows 10. My computer is now freezing on start up, and I can’t even get into the computer, by the time I pick my country, the computer is already frozen again. I have noticed by constantly moving the mouse it will allow me to move through, but as soon as I stop it freezes again. How do I fix this?

Factory resetting only leads to the advanced startup menu.

So when I click on Factory reset, it restarts the PC and says "Resetting your pc", at 50% it just exits to the advanced startup menu, and I have no idea why. I have tried everything:

• Running various CMD repair commands
• Using the Tweaking.com tool
• Restored my computer to a different period
• Booted into safe mode
• First going to advanced startup > Factory Reset

None of these have worked, so im at a loss.

 

Factory Reset Win 7 (without disc)

Download an ISO of the Avira AV boot CD, burn it on your own computer, and then boot from that CD on your mom's computer and run a cleanup.

Seriously, you should just download a Windows disc and format the laptop. Best and easiest course of action.

If you are incapable, or uncomfortable with following any of the recommendations on how to restore the laptop, then I recommend you take it to your local IT guy and ask him to do it for you. Sometimes the best of us have to visit a ripoff merchant to get something fixed, or even just tested...
