    Computer freezing/unresponsive


    I have an HP Envy x360 laptop.I was running some memory-intensive programs when the screen froze at 3:13pm.The keyboard and touchscreen were unresponsive. Buttons on the laptop that should turn on lights when pressed ie the capslock and volume mute buton don't light up. Closing lid does not put computer to sleep when it should. Tapping power button to put the computer to sleep doesn't put the computer to sleep. Holding the power button works and causes it to shut down. I shut the computer down at 4:03:43pm. It was recorded as a critical event so I know what time it occured.The computer froze
