Windows 10: Computer freezing

Hi,I'm at my wits end with my computer. It keeps freezing. Thankfully when I'm in the middle of an email or word document it's saved into draft but it's so very frustrating. I can be watching a Netflix movie with no other windows open, yet still it freezes??I'm using Windows 10. Hubby did the netsh winsock reset last night but it's made no difference. Help!!!Christine

• Have you tried to perform startup repair of the computer?
• When you say that "The screen was freeze, neither the Keyboard nor the Mouse responded.", when exactly the screen is getting freeze? Is it at login screen or while booting the computer?
• When you switch on the computer, are you able see anything on the screen?
