Windows 10: Computer Freezing

Hello,


I am consistently having a problem where my PC hard locks while playing video games. It happened 3 times in a row today which is much more often. I've been watching the CPU and GPU temps and they do not seem excessive, 40-60C for the CPU top and 60-80 for the GPU top.


When the PC crashes it freezes on a whatever is on screen at the moment. Sound also stalls out on a single blaring note and the keyboard is unresponsive hitting Caps Lock won't light up on the keyboard


The event viewer shows a Kernel-Power Event ID 41 error.

My computer doesn't have minidumps and also doesn't have a Memory.DMP file in the location linked on the wiki.


Any thoughts on what's happening here?

• Have you tried to perform startup repair of the computer?
• When you say that "The screen was freeze, neither the Keyboard nor the Mouse responded.", when exactly the screen is getting freeze? Is it at login screen or while booting the computer?
• When you switch on the computer, are you able see anything on the screen?
