Windows 10: Computer Freezing

Every day around 11:10 or 12:10 my computer slows down drastically and then freezes. There is no specific error message in the event log that corresponds with the time of the freeze. The only solution is a power down and restart. The only possible clue I have is a daily message in the reliability monitor concerning usoclient.exe. The message is:usoclient.exe stopped working. at 6:38DescriptionFaulting application name: usoclient.exe, version: 10.0.19041.1503, time stamp: 0x96524c58Faulting module name: ucrtbase.dll, version: 10.

• Have you tried to perform startup repair of the computer?
• When you say that "The screen was freeze, neither the Keyboard nor the Mouse responded.", when exactly the screen is getting freeze? Is it at login screen or while booting the computer?
• When you switch on the computer, are you able see anything on the screen?
