Windows 10: Computer gives blue screen with a stop code

I'm running windows 10. There was a power outage last night. When I started my computer this morning I got a blue screen with a stop code error.

It says Stop code: Inaccessible Boot Device

My computer worked fine before I went to bed. It has tried auto repair and several other fixes. I stumbled onto a test mode that tested everything from hard drive, to cd/dvd drives, memory etc... there was a whole list of things it tested running down the left hand of the screen. Everything tested fine except for System. It is also saying something about a time interval error. I'm away from my computer now and I am hoping for some suggestions to try once I get back home this evening.

Stop code: DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE is probably due to a compatibility issue with the driver, as most blue screen errors are. Since you encountered this error after updating Windows, most probably, you would need to update the drivers
as well.

We suggest that you go through the steps in this article on how to troubleshoot blue screen errors.
On step 1, select After an update was installed.
