Windows 10: Computer goes black screen and the only error is 10016

So ever since I got a wondows update or a virus I cleared out my computer keeps crashing. Going to a black screen and becoming fully unresponsive unless hard reset. The only warning that shows up before this occurs or at the same time is Erorr 10016. In trying to give administrative access as I have read should be done the computer will crash in the middle of doing so. However sometimes I can start a video game and play or leave the computer on the game for hours and it is fine. I will note the problem.seems.to.be more frequent after uninstalling AMD to try to update it as it was giving me err
