Windows 10: Computer got hacked and now someone can control my computer.

I was away from my computer while music was playing on it and it went to a browser and typed in “gmail” and i exited off and turned off my computer.

What can i do to get rid of this 100%.

Hacked computer

My computer was hacked and I lost my admin rights. I tried doing a recovery, but that failed. Incomplete. Can't get to lock screen anymore

Any suggestions?

• Do you have other admin user profiles on your computer?
• Were you able to access desktop screen?
• Is your computer still connected to a public network?

1. I have no other administrators on my computer.

2. I can access the desktop screen.

3. My computer is not connected to a public network.
