Windows 10: Computer got reset,but it wont start without an updated that dont start.

So my computer start and ask me the language then show me this it is connect via a network cable so i press NEXT. It turn off after showing "just a moment..." after some time then turn on but it send me back to step 1 asking me the language. So,im stuck in this loop.

take everything but the cpu off of the motherboard and start like a new build following my guide, when you get to the step that isnt working look at it for your problem.

yes it sounds too simple but often you need to go back to basics to find things.

Home build wont start up

Being as we ruled out the PSU earlier it could be the board is bad.... not sure what to suggest now, you are sure the power switch leads are in the correct position and the 4/8 pin and 24pin are definately plugged in, with nothing else attached if you dont get it booting and it's not the PSU it says to me the board is at fault.

 

computer wont start after cleared RTC RAM

so I was overclocking my second computer and it wouldn't boot into bios so I reset cmos and that didn't work so I moved the jumper from the 1-2 pins to the 2-3 pins and then right back.. and now it wont start at all.... I made sure I was grounded and that the power was off and I held down the power button to make sure it was all drained out before I started.
