Windows 10: Computer Hangs when CPU hits 100% and only occurs After Random Update

Yesterday My computer starts to Hang unexpectedly after a random update which im not sure if its Legit.. which is MICROSOFT.WINDOWSSOUNDRECORDER and Microsoft.MicrosoftSolitareCollection and When i get on Unity with Light Baking and such.. CPU hits 100 Percent... Computer Hangs and Freezes.. Capslock and Num Lock won't turn on and off.. So Tried figuring out Rest of the Driver Updates, booting into Safe Mode, and Everything.. Nothing works..


I honestly am Clueless on how to fix this... What you think could be the problem that would CAUSE my computer to hang?

Computer hangs on startup. 100% disk usage

• Did you receive any error message when the system hangs?

  Did you install any third party security application?
  

This issue may arise due to:

• Virus or Malware attack.
• Driver or application conflicts.
• Faulty hardware.

As an initial troubleshooting step, I suggest you to download and install any pending updates that needs to be installed on the computer through Windows update and check if it helps to resolve the issue.

If the issue persists, run System Maintenance troubleshooter which finds and clean up unused files and shortcuts and performs maintenance tasks.

Press Windows key and type Troubleshooting.

Select Troubleshooting and hit Enter.

Click on View all in the left pane of the window.

Select System Maintenance.

Random CPU usage spikes

Hello,

User profile corruption can cause high CPU usage as it
opens programs that are not necessary on the background. To troubleshoot the issue, we suggest
creating a new user account on your computer to see if the same issue will occur on a different user profile. To do this, simply follow the steps below:

• 
  Select the Start button, then select Settings > Accounts > Family
  & other people > Add someone else to this PC.

  Type a user name, password, password hint, and then select Next.
