Windows 10: Computer has been blue screening on after effects renders recently

windows 10, rtx 3070ti ryzen9 5900xi've been running AE fine for years but recently I've gotten a slew of crashes, originally it was also because of a nvidia driver nvlddmkm.sys i have given user full control and that issue is resolved now but i'm still getting crashes sometimes on render.
