Windows 10: Computer has lost all functionality

Hello,I have recently reset my computer after noticing some weird problems, such as the volume randomly going really quiet, even though the volume being on max, apps randomly being deleted and readded, and the keyboard layout being switched. But this isnt the actual problem.While I was trying to reset it through the advanced options, both options were windows 11 volume 3 when i chose it. After choose either of the options, it just let back to the same selection screen after a loading screen. This kept on looping over and over, and the other options such as going to safe mode and changing start

Somewhere along the way I lost my context menu print function

Hi, have you ever used any tool such as Shellexview (free) to disable context menu entries?

Try downloading and installing and running that and see if you see a list of entries listed as disabled.

Print is a default Windows item, so if lost suggests some sort of corruption may have occurred.

As a matter of course, try running
chkdsk c: /scan
and then if ok
SFC /SCANNOW
- both from an admin command or powershell prompt and post the result.

What is your Windows build?

Lost Two Mouse Functions

I recently did a system restore on my laptop and have, it seems, lost two mouse functions as a result. The two to which I am refering are, the scrolling feature and the zoom feature. I have searched google for a solution, but all rely things which I have no access to. More specifically, most suggest going to "mouse and touchpad settings," and then click on "additional mouse options." However, if you refer to the pictures here, I am missing the following tabs: Wheel, Hardware, and Device Setting.

PS It seems that i have lost all functions except its "ordinary" mouse capability.
