Windows 10: Computer has no option to connect to wifi or bluetooth

So I had recently built a personal desktop using custom parts, and after powering it on I have no option to connect to a Bluetooth/Wi-Fi/ethernet. On my Hardware/connection properties, it says that there's a Realtek Gaming 2.5GbE Family Controller and the status is not operational. It also says the connectivity IPv4/IPv6 is disconnected. The same thing is for the Bluetooth Network Connection, but the description is Bluetooth Device Personal Area Network. I went into my device manager, and it shows the Bluetooth device and the Realtek controller. However, there is a device called Network co

Bluetooth settings missing options "Allow Bluetooth devices to connect to this computer"

I suggest you to follow the methods below and check if it fixes the issue.

Method 1: Uninstall and reinstall the Bluetooth driver

I suggest you to try uninstall the Bluetooth drivers check if it works for you.

Follow the steps to uninstall the Bluetooth drivers:

1. Press Windows Key + X key and click Device Manager.

2. Right-click on the Bluetooth device listed and click on
‘Uninstall’.

3. Select the option to delete driver software.

4. Restart the computer after its uninstalled.

Try to access the computer manufacturer's website, then download and install the latest Bluetooth drivers.


If the issue persist please perform method 2 and check.

Step 1: Run the Network Adapter troubleshooter.

  Press Windows key +X, select
  Control panel.

  Change the view by option on the top right to
  Large icons.
  
• 
  Click on troubleshooting and click on the
  view all option on the left panel.
  
• 
  Run the Network Adapter troubleshooter.
  

Step 2: You may follow the steps and check if it helps in resolving the issue, as the device might be hidden.

    Press Windows key + X.
    
  • 
    Click on Device Manager.
    
  • 
    Click on View.
    
  • 
    Click on Show
    Hidden Devices.
    
  • 
    Search for the Bluetooth device.
