Windows 10: Computer has rebooted from a bugcheck, blue screening during video games

Hi, In the past couple days, my computer has been just suddenly blue screening while running games --- mainly when launching/loading in. Im currently using a framework 16 with the gpu module, I tried searching up the error code and didn't get any awnsers that made sense to me. I can attach the dump files as well if needederror message - The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000003b 0x00000000c0000005, 0xfffff805b3edd846, 0xffffb78f656ad690, 0x0000000000000000. A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\051625-23093-01.dmp. However, please let us know:

1. When exactly are you receiving the error?
   
2. What is the make and model of the computer?
   
3. Are you aware of any changes made to the computer prior to this issue?
   
4. Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? Refer Which version of Windows operating system am I running?
   

If you are receiving a Blue Screen error, I would suggest you to share the dump files so that we can analyze them and get to the root cause of the issue. To share the files Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump, upload the files to OneDrive and share the OneDrive link.



Meanwhile, I would suggest you to remove any external devices attached to the computer apart from keyboard and mouse and check if that helps.



I would suggest you to refer the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the article Troubleshoot blue screen errors.

Hello!

My PC crashes and restarts while playing games, it only happens mid game and not while doing basic things like chrome or spotify,the screen freezes and everything becomes blue and distorted tone before rebooting.

I sometimes get this message:

but sometimes i get other errors like The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000050 (0xffffa98f4f770c00, 0x0000000000000000, 0xfffff80543e8edbf, 0x0000000000000002). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: e5ae1832-6bca-450c-a19a-ecf1adb1eb6c.

• CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
  
• MBO: MSI B450 GAMING PLUS MAX
  
• GPU: Sapphire RX6800 NITRO+
  
• SSD: XPG SX6000 Pro 256 GB
  
• PSU: Fractal Design ion gold 850W
  
• Windows 10 Pro
  

what should i do for resolve this problem

 

Blue screen of death "This Computer has rebooted from a bugcheck"

I was playing a game on my computer recently and received a blue screen of death. The computer restarted and is running fine. In my event log for the crash, it says-

"The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000007e (0xffffffffc0000005, 0xfffff8018bc7f65a, 0xffff868009a97118, 0xffff868009a96960). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: cdce257f-8aa7-4785-b758-974e2bd59248."

I found the minidump and dragged it onto my desktop. Can I upload it for someone to look at?
