Windows 10: Computer having many strange problems

Hi, I've been having a lot of strange problems ever since I got my new computer back in January.At first I brushed off these problems since I thought I was either overthinking or mis-imagining the problems but in recent months they have gotten worse and worse.Firstly, I have some problems with my audio, sometimes it will crash randomly, and when I check the reliability monitor, it says "Windows Audio Device Graph Isolation" has crashed and in addition, my audio can be a bit crackly at times, which doesn't bother me much, but it certainly didn't happen before and I have tested with different he

Does this computer build have compatibility problems? Opinions welcomed!

Second rule: Define your budget.
Third rule: Pick parts.
Fourth rule: Review parts several times.
Fifth rule: Buy said parts.
Sixth rule: Build it.

You are on rule/step 1. Go through the list until you're done.

 

Strange boot problem

I am trying to get my head round the 6 steps above before having a go. If you can expand on them it may give me a bit more confidence. I cant lose the whole contents of my PC.

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.
