Windows 10: Computer is frozen But mouse still moves

My computer is frozen on the whole screen. I can move the mouse around but I can't click anything. This happened a few times now. In the past, I pressed the reboot button of the computer then everything was back. But I had a bad result after restarted the computer. The Word document I worked for hours was not saved for the change I made in the past 4 hours. I could not find it back when the computer restarted again. The file was back to the last version I saved last night and all the hard work I have done in the morning was disappear. Now I am experiencing the same thing again. Frozen screen but moving mouse. And I have been working in a Word Document for hours.Are there any solution for me to make my computer work again? Apart from press the reboot button? Or if I have to restart using reboot button, are there anyway I can for sure have the last updated of my word document and nothing was missing. The keyboard is unresponsive. Nothing will open.


Does this problem seem familiar to anyone? If so, how can I fix it?
