    Computer is giving phantom inputs despite nothing being plugged into it.


    My computer does this occasionally but never to this extent. Sometimes I just can't scroll down or type but one quick restart usually fixes this. I chalked it up to it just being my Bluetooth mouse and keyboard but now, even when both are disconnected, no batteries, forgotten by Bluetooth, unplugged and in a different room, my computer is still inputting stuff. It typed dots in all active text boxes and makes them unusable and I can't scroll up in most places because it forces the page down. All of my buttons are flashing like they're going to be clicked on. This is frustrating and even hard r

    Regions speech not available despite correct language pack install

    The issue still remains unresolved, as English (Australia) simply does not show up in the list despite following all suggested steps to date (which I had done previously)

    Phantom devices has been going on since Windows 8.1
    Don't worry about them, I get a varying selection of neighbours phones, printers, smart TVs etc. They are not connecting, as you have noted no IP address.

    My Netgear Modem/Router/WAP does just that. Just look in Advanced Tab > Administration > Attached Devices. It lists wired, wireless 2.4G and 5G Devices.

    I have done all of the above and when I plug my computer in with a fully charged battery the screen still goes black - I am on Windows 10 and my computer is 3 days old - HP Pavillion Laptop - I know there has got to be an easy answer for this Problem - Like
    a setting somewhere, but I am used to using my computer plugged in at all times and I think that it is stupid that I have to take out the battery to do this??? Any more suggestions??? :-(
