    The original system was put together by a 3rd party. I've never hooked a PSU and the fact that the ports on the back of the two look different is concerning. I just want to make sure I hook them up properly.

    Alright, it's quite easy actually, more than with the hx850 if the pics I see are correct *Smile

    The connections:
    Attachment 109022

    All you would need to do is remove all cabling going to the PSU, install the PSU and reconnect all cabling back.
    This is quite easy, because if you count the pins on each connection you can easily find out what cables provides power for what part.
