  1. computer is shutting off with no blue screen when playing games it could run before

For a few weeks now my PC is shutting down when playing games that it was able to run perfectly fine before. It just instantly turns off and the screen goes black without any bsod. It then restarts and when it does the PC is imcredibly slow and often needs to be restarted again before working correctly. This doesn't happen when using the PC for other purposes as well as only when playing certain games which some are more demanding and some are not. All the games that this happens with are games that I have been able to play for many hours at a time withkut this being an issue. This is not a over

  2. My computer always I run any game.

    Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

We understand the difficulties you are facing with the PC, while playing games. In order to get clarity and to assist you further, please reply with the answers to the questions below.

    • What is the Windows 10 version and Build installed? (Type
      winver in Windows search/Run command)
    • Was there a major change or an update on your system, prior to which you weren't facing this issue?
    • Which games you are playing prior to this issue?

However, we analysed the dump file that you have posted and it gives an indication of multiple system failure. In this scenario we would suggest you to perform these steps as this issue is occurring while playing games.

    1. Press Windows + X, select Device Manager.
    2. Expand Display device.
    3. Right click on all the listed devices, then select Uninstall device.
    4. Check the box beside Delete the driver software for this device.
    5. Click Ok and use the installer to install the driver.
    6. Restart the PC and install the video card driver from the manufacturer website.

We would also suggest you to perform the steps as mention in

    Troubleshoot blue screen errors
article and check if the issue persists.

    We await your response.

  3. Computer Freezes Then Blue Screen

    Hello,

A stop error (also called a "blue screen" error) can occur if a problem causes your PC to shut down or restart unexpectedly. These errors can be caused by both hardware and software issues.

For us to better assist you, we'd like to know the following:

    • Confirm which build is currently installed on your device. To check, follow the steps below:
    • Press Windows key + R, then type in winver.
    • Click OK.
    • Were there any recent changes made prior to this issue?
    • What is the make and model of your device?

Meanwhile, we suggest performing the steps on this article
on how to troubleshoot blue screen errors on Windows 10.

We look forward to your response.

    Regards.
