Windows 10: Computer is stuck on the blue screen of death loop and is unable to enter recovery environment

I recently attempted to restore my laptop Inspiron 15 3000 to a manual system restore point. It took 3-4 hours to do so, and then entered SupportAssist OS Recovery. It then restarted, but ran into something that caused it to launch SupportAssist again. After that, it has been restarting, displaying the blue screen stop code 0xc000021a on loop nonstop.

Stuck in preparing automatic repair loop, unable to get recovery environment to load.

I have an HP laptop running windows 10 and earlier today it began malfunctioning severely over the span of an afternoon; a brief summary of what happened follows

1) The laptop started running so slowly that even the start menu and task manager would not open, so I turned off power. 2) When I turned power back on, I got to past the HP logo but then got stuck on an indefinite "please wait" loop.

3) When I used the recovery environment for startup repair, THAT got stuck in an infinite loop.

4) When I turned off my laptop and tried to re-enter the recovery environment to just do a fresh install of windows 10 I was unable to enter the recover environment at all. I turned the PC on and off twice in quick succession, nothing. When I just attempt to boot up the laptop normally it just gets stuck in an indefinite "preparing automatic repair" loop.

This is leaving me with no other options since without access to the recovery environment I also have no way to fix the issue. How do I fix this and why is Windows 10 so prone to errors compared to Windows 8?

I understand that your computer is stuck in Automatic repair loop. In this case, I would suggest you to try the following methods:

Disconnect all external devices connected to the computer except essential devices like keyboard and mouse and then boot the computer and check. Sometimes, issues with external devices could cause issues with Windows startup. If the issue still persists,
try the following methods.

Method 1: Run SFC/SCANNOW command in Windows 10:

• 
  Left click on Start button.
  
• 
  Right click on Command Prompt (Admin) option which will let you run
  'Run as administrator’.
  
• 
  Command Prompt Window pops up.
  
• 
  Type: SFC /SCANNOW and hit Enter.

Try the following steps to run DISM scan to check and restore system file corruption:

• 
  Open command prompt by pressing Windows key + X and selecting “Command prompt admin”.
  
• 
  In command prompt, type the following commands and press Enter after each command:
  
  DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
  
  DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
  

Check to see if the issue is resolved. If not, restart the PC.

Method 2: If the above steps didn’t fix the issue, then I would suggest you to perform a system restore to an earlier date prior to this issue. Refer to these steps to perform a system restore from within the Windows recovery
environment:

• When you enter the blue screen with advanced options (Windows recovery environment), click on ‘Troubleshoot’.
• Now, click on ‘Advanced options’ and then click on ‘System Restore’.
• Follow the prompts and choose a restore point created before this issue started.

Stuck on Blue Screen of death loop win11

Hi, our laptop is currently stuck on a blue screen loop with an error code kmode exception not handled. This is on a windows 10 laptop that upgraded to windows 11. We could not enter safe mode or the troubleshoot mode after three restarts. How can we fix this?
