Windows 10: Computer keep me logging me out of all apps after I turn it off

Good Day! I got an issues recently that almost every time I turn off or restart the computer it log me out of all apps and browsers on computer. First I thought its Google Chrome problem but then i realise it log me out of all apps as well Microsoft Edge, Steam, One Drive,etc. I was trying all solutions that i could possibly find online but it doesn't help. First I thought it solved when i was restarting or turn off on next day and I still login in everywhere. But on the nest day after that it log me out again after i turn on my computer again. I even tried to reinstall all apps and Windows

• On the Sign-in options screen, scroll down and under
  Privacy section, turn Off the Use my sign in info to automatically finish setting up my device after an update or restart option.
• Close Settings app and restart the machine, check if the issue is resolved.

Problem turning off after log out in windows 10.

Unable to turn on Location in Windows 10

Step 1:

Follow the steps to change the region:

a) Type “Region” on the Search and click on
Change your country or region option from the search results.

b) Now choose the location from the drop down menu to change the region. (As per your location)

Move to the next step.

Step 2:

I would suggest you to turn On Windows location platform on the computer and check if it helps.

You can follow the steps:

a) Type
location on the Search.

b) Click on
Change Location settings.

c) Check the box which states “Turn ON Windows location platform” and “Help improve Windows Location services”.

e) Click on Apply.

Proceed to the next step.

Step 3:

If you are trying to use location settings for an app, I would suggest you to turn ON the settings to allow apps to use the location on the computer.

Follow the steps:

a) Type

b) Click on
Location privacy settings.

c) Move the slider towards the right to turn ON settings for ‘Let Windows apps use my location’.

Restart the computer once after making the changes.
