Windows 10: Computer keeps automatically turning on after I shut it off or put it to sleep. Can someone...

This started happening yesterday. Every time I try to turn off or put to sleep my computer, it stays off briefly then immediately turns on. I already tried pretty much every solution on the internet. I disabled fast startup, wake timers, automatic restart, and scheduled maintenance as well as prohibited all of my peripherals from waking up my computer. None of these solved the problem; my computer still continues to turn on. I haven‘t resorted to unplugging my computer yet because I searched it up and doing that will end up in data loss, which I most definitely do not want. Can anyone please t

Computer goes to Sleep mode automatically

I suggest you to follow the steps provided below if not tried already and check if it helps.

• Navigate to Start>Settings>System>Power & sleep.
• In the right pane, select Never from the drop down list for
  Screen and Sleep.
• Close the dialog box and check for status.

Computer turns itself back on after shut down

It could be due to incorrect settings or missing/corrupt drivers or missing updates.

I suggest you to try the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Go to, Settings. Then System. Then click on Power and Sleep.
• Click on Additional power settings. Then "Choose what the power button does".
• Click on Change Settings. Finally unclick "Turn on fast start up".
• Save Settings.

Also, try to run the Power Troubleshooter.

Power troubleshooter will automatically fix some common issues with Power Plans. Run the Power troubleshooter to adjust your computer's power settings. The Power troubleshooter checks things like your computer's timeout settings,
which determine how long the computer waits before turning off the monitor display or entering sleep mode. Adjusting these settings can help you conserve power and extend your computer's battery life.

• Press Windows Logo Key+X then click on Search option.
  
• Type Troubleshooting.
• Select Troubleshooting and click on
  System and Security.
• Click on Power and follow the onscreen steps.

My computer keeps turning itself back on by itself.

I have followed the steps suggested by others regarding why my computer keeps turning itself back on after I turn it of...and have had no success in making it stop. Anything else I can try? The only way I can keep it off is to push the power button which
sometimes causes hick ups when I start it back up. I have turned off the automatic restart, etc. If I go through the power off properly, it shuts down....then within seconds comes back on.
