Windows 10: Computer Keeps Blue Screening when Installing Windows from USB

I finished building my PC 4 hours ago and have been troubleshooting a blue screen issue ever since.When I try to install Windows from a USB, It keeps blue screening my PC at around 10% to 15% completion. The error message reads "CLOCK_WATHCHDOG_TIMEOUT".I have taken apart my PC multiple times and have tried using different USBs, recreating the boot files from the Windows media creation tool multiple times.I have no idea what to do. PLEASE HELPPC Specs: Ryzen 7 7700, RX 6950 XT, 32 GB RAM, 2 TB M.2 Drive, ROG STRIX B650-A Motherboard

It's possible that certain drivers, such as USB and other device drivers are causing blue screen errors on your PC. Another factor is due to a conflicting third-party software. Now, before we get into the solution, were you able to boot your computer normally
or can it boot to the desktop screen? If yes, then we suggest that you run the
Hardware diagnostic tool on your PC. Just type troubleshooter on the
Search box, press Enter, then look for
Hardware and Devices, and click Run the troubleshooter.

If the troubleshooter didn't resolve the port issue, then might as well you update the USB driver, and the BIOS firmware of your computer.
