Windows 10: Computer keeps Crashing, help needed with minidump

hello everyone, I have minidump files that i would like for someone to help me interpret. Context : At the beginning of the week, i did an update to the xbox app and call of duty. After that for some reason everything is broken. I've tried reverting back to previous version of xbox app, i've tried returning to last version of updates, i've tried many things but now my computer keeps crashing. I also noticed that my cpu has started to heat up at 100C when before it would stay down to 91c. My fps are significantly down and don't know why. All this after those updates. If someone could point

My ram isn't on the compatibilty list for the asus crosshair III board so im thinking it could be this *Frown .
It ran fine for months and crashes are totally random I just played BFBC2 for 2 hours without a hic up running all 4gb in the hope of getting a minidump file

 

Computer keeps crashing

when its in the l last step of installing windows vista it crashes i think its a hardware issue because the is the second disk it has done it on ( i returned the other one) any help would be great system is in the system specs its windows vista ultimate also
