    Hello,I'd really appreciate some help with my computer crashing. I'm not bad with computers but this is beyond me and all i can seem to find is possible problem with drivers when I google what shows on my blue screens.My computer keeps crashing for two reasons. It seems to alternate. Crash for reason 1, then crash for reason 2 then crash for reason 1 again, and so on. I did a memory check with windows built in tool which turned up fine and updated all my motherboard drivers since googling said possible driver issue and crashes stopped for a couple weeks and now it is happening again.     Original title: Hello! A new problem has surfaced.

    Hello! Up until now I haven't had a problem with windows 10 at all. Out of the blue my computer keeps crashing with the error message

    "system_service_exception (dxgmms2.sys)".

    I did a clean install of my graphics drivers, but I wouldn't be posting here if that had worked.

    Any help?

    Windows 10 it crashes the sys

    Windows 10 crashes my sys at the 32% install. After reinstalling Windows 8.1 I have to disable auto new device install or the sys will crash
