Windows 10: Computer keeps crashing weekly from DRIVER_POWER_STATE_ERROR 9f Need Help with MiniDump

Need help debugging this minidump as I am no expert at this and researching it to solve it has just thrown my brain for a loop. This happens weekly and I've spent too much money on this computer to have to deal with this so I'm finally trying to get to the bottom of it. Computer Crashes - Help!!

My ram isn't on the compatibilty list for the asus crosshair III board so im thinking it could be this *Frown .
It ran fine for months and crashes are totally random I just played BFBC2 for 2 hours without a hic up running all 4gb in the hope of getting a minidump file

when its in the l last step of installing windows vista it crashes i think its a hardware issue because the is the second disk it has done it on ( i returned the other one) any help would be great system is in the system specs its windows vista ultimate also
