    Computer keeps crashing. What steps should I take to analyze and fix this?


    Windows 11 Home v23H2 OS build 22631.4460 Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22700.1047.0---Hi, my computer keeps crashing and I'd like some help diagnosing the issue. I'm experiencing random crashes with the computer failing to start leading to a recovery blue screen. When selecting to restart normally it fails to start multiple times and eventually boots. I've run startup recovery previously and again this morning but this does not fix the issue. I've run sfc and there is currently no issue. Running the latest bios and Windows mostly updated. There is a pending update for Windows,

    GPU-Z 0.8.7 crash on launch

    W1zzard is asking you to test so that he can suggest next steps and be able to troubleshoot the issue you have.
    If another version works, it would be one set of steps.
    If several other versions also fail/crash, then it would be another.

    AMD stepping is it fixed?

    the stepping is fixed its built in to the cpu is like a revision on a chip....i think you mean multiplyer?

    when its in the l last step of installing windows vista it crashes i think its a hardware issue because the is the second disk it has done it on ( i returned the other one) any help would be great system is in the system specs its windows vista ultimate also
