Windows 10: Computer keeps freezing or restarting

HelloSo I built my PC 4 years ago and now suddenly it will either freeze or reset on every boot up when windows begins to load on the motherboard screen, the login screen, or like 20 seconds after login. I can get into BIOS settings without a problem. It will still reset/freeze when it goes into Windows Recovery.I have checked my RAM by booting up with each stick by itself.Replaced CMOS batteryI booted it up with windows on a USB stick to either fix or reinstall but it freezes/resets on the language screen.It doesn't seem to be a temp issue since in bios the temp reads 50-60 C and it always

Computer Keeps Freezing

It froze again, and the common problem I see throughout most of the freezes is a driver atksgt.sys being blocked from loading. It is related to Tages Protection from Tages SA and it says it has a driver that is installed that causes stability problems with my system. It says it will be disabled but I think this is why my pc keeps freezing. Any suggestions as to what it may be for and/or if I can get rid of it and how?

I never downloaded a program from Tages SA so I am not sure what it could be from.
