Windows 10: Computer keeps going to a blue screen after diagnostic while powering up

So I decided to turn on my computer in the evening, and for some reason the computer turns on trying to repair itself I believe. It continues to say that it is diagnosting the computer and then the screen turns blue into a page with options either to restart or advanced options. Before you decide to say some default responses or steps, I did try doing stuff in advanced options and ran safe mode, but the computer keeps going to the same blue page after every restart. I don't want to end up having to hard reset this computer and lose everything I have. Please help! BTW I have an

Blue Error screen not going away

Yes I did receive a Stop Code beside which a QR code was also present.I didn't note it down,I just scanned it using my smartphone.

Well,it keeps on automatically downloading updates from time to time.I don't usually pay them much attention.

On another instance after playing the game,when I clicked on settings,it also lagged but however there was no blue screen.

I really don't know what's the problem.i usually keep my CPU and processor state pegged upto Max 90% in power saver mode cause otherwise it causes overheating.My laptop always runs in clean boot mode.
