Windows 10: Computer keeps pressing enter

When I start up my pc I can’t type in the PIN number to login because windows has the enter key constantly pressed. I’ve tried unplugging the keyboard and replacing the keyboard. I’ve restarted many times. I’ve also tried going into automatic repair to reset the pc but I can’t login as administrator because it continues to press enter when I’m prompted for a password so much so that I have to spam clicks on the arrow just to go back. I’m not sure what to do at this point.

The issue might be caused due to some issues with Power Management, I suggest you to run the Power troubleshooter by following the steps below:

• Type “Troubleshooting” in search box and press Enter.
• Click on “View all” on the top left pane.
• Select Power from the list and follow the prompts for troubleshooting.

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
