Windows 10: Computer keeps rebooting due to bug check

This has happened multiple times since I first built my computer, I've tried most other advice I've seen for similar error messages. It only seems to happen when I'm playing games, but I have had it happen once out of the blue. The error message I copied from event viewer is as follows; "The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000009c 0x0000000080000001, 0xffff90805ac8db30, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000. A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 84bf3617-efbd-40b5-addf-ba5de13553f7." I have zipped the .DMP files from the minidump folder if you require these please let me know, thank you.

Computer has been reboot from a bug check

I believe that Windows 10 causing problems because I keep all my programs track (in other word, I keep list which program I install and what they actually do) and Every thing that going on while running in normal environment. I don't use disk cleanup since I have this problem because If I use disk cleanup then it will wipe out all the data which may help to find problem and fix it. Any suggestion?
