Windows 10: Computer keeps restarting after showing motherboard logo and before windows loading screen

I am facing this automatically restarting issue this happens when I turn on pc after motherboard logo shows pc automatically gets restart and keep restarting again and again It don't even reaches to main windows screen please help me to fix this

Windows 7 Restarts on Loading

Hey,

Just swapped out some hardware in my Media Center.

When windows finishes the Loading screen (with the logo in the middle on black background), it restarts the computer.... and repeat.

I remember this happening to computers before, but can't remember the solution.

I changed the motherboard, so is it because of drivers?

I can't boot into SafeMode. Same thing happens after loading drivers.

Any ideas?

girlfriends needs help with her computer, keeps restarting

girlfriend calls, HELP my computer keeps restarting. lol
so the problem:

Her computer is constantly restarting when it gets to the WINDOWS XP loading screen and then shuts down.

it will get to start windows normally, start windows in safe mode.. blah blah blah, and she enters start windows normally, get passed this screen then gets to the WINDOWS XP loading screen ( guessing thats the BOOT SCREEN) and restarts.

please help

Friends computer freezing at windows loading screen

Ok my friend is having problems with his computer right now. Basically it crashed on the windows loading screen. This is what he told me on MSN.

Now i'm not too sure what the problem is. I suggested doing a repair install with the xp disk (i'll be giving him that tomorrow) but in the mean time do any of you have any ideas?
