    Computer Keeps Shutting off when playing games, this is my srttrail file from failed repair...


    I would first like to start off that I have a powerful computer, it should be able to handle almost any games and max graphics. I used to think my pc would shut off because my power supply, but after replacing that with a 1000w PSU, it still keeps crashing. It may be overheating? But i have 6 fans and an AIO cooler, so i doubt that is it.     Computer randomly reboots when I play games.


    I get random restarts when playing games.
    Is this something to do with windows 10 or Nvidia?

    Not great with computers but I've only been having this problem the past week or so.

    I have done a clean reboot and all that but it keeps happening.

    Here are some errors I get in Event Viewer:


    • Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x80070643: Definition Update for Windows Defender - KB2267602 (Definition 1.217.854.0).
    • Driver install failed, result=0x80004005 for devnode 'SAITEK\PROGRAMMABLEDEVICE\7&69BEA2F&0'
    • The DSM service was delayed by 12 seconds for a driver query/download/install on device 'SAITEK\PROGRAMMABLEDEVICE\7&69BEA2F&0'
    • The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

    Just got the 'old' System\32\Logfiles\srt\srttrail msg and a crashed Win10 laptop that will not auto repair

    I know this is not a new problem, but any solution seems random.

    Anyone have a list the series of system codes to put in the command prompt?

    Computer keeps shutting down while playing games

    I have an HP laptop running on Windows 10.

    Whenever I play a game, suddenly in the middle of it all my computer shuts down.

    When I restart it, it automatically opens to the windows desktop with the game continuing to run in the taskbar.It's really very annoying.

    What should I do to avoid it from happening?
