Windows 10: Computer keeps typing 7777777777777777777777 nonstop.

I have done it all. My computer keeps typing 777777777777777777 nonstop. I went into settings, done driver updates, all the keyboard tricks in the book to get it to stop, cleaned the key board, bought a new keyboard which had the same issue of the 777777777777777 continuous typing, got fed up with it all and did a PC reset of the whole system and finally when it finished resetting I go back to remake my account and what happens? I click on the box to put in my email and right away the box gets filled with nothing but 777777777777777777777777. So now I'm at my wits end. Please help. This is a f

• Type Troubleshooting in the search box and press Enter.
• Click on View All in the top left pane.
