Windows 10: "computer locked by an administrator. Ask administrator to unlock"

Hi,I locked my computer via my phone on administration lock. Computer is now telling me "computer locked by an administrator. Ask administrator to unlock". Cannot find anyway to unlock. Im using a standard account and theres no other accounts to my computer. Please help!

Select other user and type administrator and the corresponding password?

Administrator lock

I bought my old laptop from work over twoyears ago and has been locked to administrator, they said that they were going to unlock it but never have and now they have gone into administration.

Best to ask your former employer for an admin account & password. Their network administrator would still be around.
