    computer locked by microsoft because of trojan horse


    hello, i was on the web and all of a sudden a page popped up saying my computer got infected by trojan horse and that i should call this number to guide me on how to fix the problem. im sure it wasnt fake as i tried to move the mouse and press on stuff but i couldnt do anything with the computer, a few seconds later the computer got locked or disabled and now i cant open my computer any more , what can i do?

    Thanks for information, I am running windows defender offline to see if that can remove Trojan horse

    I Did a full scan and my computer had Trojan horse .

    filecomputer locked by microsoft because of trojan horse :D:\preload \innstall.win->(image12671)\programfiles(x86)\HPGames\Crazy Chicken Soc\Moorhuhn-Soccer-WT.exe>(EXEEmb)->(EXEEmb). this is what is being removed . how can i remove it forever .
