Windows 10: Computer locked Dash windows, defender security, warning Dash directed to contact windows...

my computer is locked with a flashing warning, saying to call window support immediately. It states that my computer has been infected with a Trojan spyware. This is a Windows defender, security notification. Clearly it’s a scam. But my computer is locked and I cannot go into Microsoft office to try to stop it. I tried to control shift escape and that did not work

• Which application are you trying to use? Are you using an Office application?
  
• Since you're able to post the desired dash in this post, have you tried using it in the application you're using?

Meanwhile, we suggest using Windows Alt Codes by pressing Alt+0151 and repeat it without having a space to see if it helps.

Windows Defender - Security Warning

I received a Windows Defender Security Warning. Trojan Spyware Alert - Error Code: #0x268d3. My computer is now locked. The pop-up box says to contact Microsoft immediately for assistance in unlocking. Do not attempt to logout or re-start as this could lead to loss of data or identity theft. Was on hold for 2 hours and phone battery died. Any suggestions on how to unlock without any danger?

 

Dash Vs. Wing

What issues are you having with your Dash? I have the same device but branded HTC. Regarding your question, the Dash and the Wing do not use the same OS in the sense that the Dash is a non touch screen device. The Dash sports Windows Mobile Smartphone
or Standard edition. The Wing is a Pocket PC running Windows Mobile Professional Edition with Touch screen. The Dash is more phone centric.
