Windows 10: Computer lost power during reset.

I was resetting my computer earlier and while doing so I lost power. I believe I was about 14% through the "Resetting this PC" phase when power is lost. I chose the "remove everything" option when I began the reset. I have 2 questions#1 - Is any of the information on the computer recoverable?#2 - Currently, the computer is going through a cycle of booting up, quickly showing the "resetting this pc" screen before booting up again. I have a USB stick with windows 10 on it. How would I go about installing this on the computer?

Lost Power, now PC won't boot. Powers on and clicks.

I had tried both of those steps. Neither worked. I have a replacement power supply on order. Should be here on Monday. Thanks for the suggestions.

Hope for sure it is the Power Supply without testing it and the checking the Graphics Card.

To help you resolve your concern, we suggest that you follow the instructions below:

Power cycle your device. Here are the steps:

• Force shutdown your computer by pressing and holding the power button down for 5 to 10 seconds.
• Remove all the attached cables for 2 minutes then put them back on.

If the same thing happens, we suggest that you perform the reset again.
