Windows 10: Computer Management Error on OFFLINE Upgrade

After doing an offline update from 1809 to 20H2 or 21H2, under "Computer Management" the "Users" is returning an error ""There are no items to show in this view". I have tried applying offline KB updates to the systems after the fact with no way to remedy the situation. Has anyone been able to apply a patch or anything to an OFFLINE system to remedy the issue?System is not on a domain and i've been able to replicate the issue with no other factors. Simply just the update.

Video card or RAM need upgrading?

Memtest: no errors after 10 hrs.
I'm going to perform the Primetest, later on. Get back to you on that.
I'm going to take it step by step, guys. I need to find the problem with this current computer. I might have to upgrade some components, so that it is still runnable. As for the new one, yes....i will build on it later. I need to find something decent 'gaming experience', all suggestions appreciated. THanks.

Hmm. Either it's put out errors and WCG is limiting the work units available, or the project list may not be set to supply other WU when one runs out. (if the problem lies here and not on your end)

On the options to your left, if you go into Results Status, select the computer from Device Name and then look through results see if either they were returned late, errors or any other kind of issue that would stop the servers supplying WU from that perspective.

If there are no errors then it's maybe down to your project list. So selecting Device Manager from the left menu and then clicking on the profile assigned to that computer and make sure that it's assigned to receive WU for other projects if they run out.

At least those steps will rule out problems from the WCG end.

 

No more touchpad for my laptop since upgrading to Windows 10

I would suggest the following steps :

• Press Windows + X
• Click on Device Manager
• Right click on TouchPad drivers in the list.
• Choose Upgrade Drivers
• Reboot computer

Check if this helped to fix the issue.
