    No more right click for Computer Management ?

    The first represents Computer Management - ok - the second looks as if it might be some start menu replacement.

    Right click problems are often associated with shell extension issues- do you have a problem rt clicking anywhere else e.g. your desktop, files or folders in file explorer, especially 'This PC'?

    Remove Pinterest from File Explorer Right Click Menu

    Yes it means that extensions that are added can do this behavior. We have no way of accessing your computer and with what little info you have given, we can only give you suggestions. You are showing some other questionable stuff in right click, run FRST Download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and post the resulting log.
