    Please advise: The computer must restart to hear the JBL Quantum 800 Bluetooth.     Windows 11 and JBL Quantum Duo speakers drivers

    I have the same problem, purchase my JBL Quantum Duo last January 4, 2022 and i'm also having issues when connecting via USB. 3.5mm and bluetooth are both working fine though.

    JBL also gave me the same response when I asked them regarding any compatibility issues with windows 11

    device is detected under "Device Manager" but not showing on list of audio devices. Another thing I noticed is when connected via USB, my JBL Quantum Duo takes control of the Nvidia Audio via DisplayPort Cable and route the audio to the JBL QD speakers (Max Volume) instead of my monitor (MSI ARTYMIS 242C W/AUDIO OUT 3.5mm)

    I'm Christine, I'll be happy to assist you. Looks like your Mic is not working on your JBL Quantum. No worries, I'll do my best to help you.

    May I know when did the issue start? Is there any changes made before you got this issue?

    Have you checked if it was set as default?

    Please press Windows key + R to open the Run Command box.

    Kindly type mmsys.cpl and press Enter.

    Check under Playback and Recordings your JBL quantum 100 and see if iit's enabled and set as default.

    hello Pavan

    I don't get any errors, I can hear sound thru the PC speakers. My computer is MSI gaming running windows 10.

    I went to the link below and followed the instructions. in control panel I right clicked on the JBL icon, but there is NO listings under the 'services ' tab or the 'hardware' tab. Because it is a speaker (JBL charge 2) I can't adjust any settings on it.
    There is no 'find my PC' there is only a Bluetooth button to pair.

    I can't find Bluetooth options under the 'settings, Bluetooth, more Bluetooth options.
