Windows 10: Computer not responding

Recently my computer has been acting weird as every time I launch it, it takes about 2 minutes and then all of my apps dont work and i cant even use the windows searchbar, forcing me to shut down the pc manually, when i do a quick virus scan it says no threat detected but clearly there is one. The last thing I did before it started happening was I sent my pc specs to my friends on a private discord group chat. I just want to know if this is a virus and how I should deal with it, should i send my pc to an expert?

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
