Windows 10: Computer Not Responsive

Discus and support Computer Not Responsive in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; My Desktop is non responsive, it is currently on windows 11.     Computer Not Responsive


    My Desktop is non responsive, it is currently on windows 11. File Explorer, Task Manager, many other windows programs give me not responsive. It fails to launch other programs such as steam and other launchers. The computer is a high end Desktop built professionally in November of 2021. All Drivers and Software up to date. Occasionally Task Bar and Desktop In Computer go completely blank leaving only theme color and strange small boxes.

    Is Microsoft taking any responsibility for the computers that Windows 10 is killing?

    AS PER NORMAL ANOTHER "CUT AND PASTE" RESPONSE FROM A SO CALLED "MICROSOFT SUPPORT ENGINEER" THAT HAS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH THE QUESTION THE PERSON POSTED !!!!

    Can't change value for Diagnostic and usage data

    We would like to know more about this concern, kindly answer the following:

    • May we know the build of the computer?
    • Any changes on the computer prior to this concern?
    • Aside from the suggested troubleshooting steps on this thread, what troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

    Windows 10 infinite restart black screen


    Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
