Windows 10: Computer not working properly

Hello i have had trouble with my computer working first it was stuck on automatic repair loop and i have tried everything : reset pc not working bc no space on harddrive : watched videos and nothing has helped now i have downloaded windows 11 on a usb stick and tried to download it and it wont work it is just stuck on a blue screen with a cursor pls helpThanks

• Were there any changes made on your computer prior to the issue (e.g. updates, software installation)?
• To make sure that we have not missed on anything, what specific troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

In the meantime, we suggest that you try reinstalling your camera driver to resolve the issue.

We suggest that you try to run Hardware and Device troubleshooter using the steps below:

• Write Troubleshooting in the search box and hit enter.
• Select the Hardware and Device options from the list.
• Click Run the troubleshooter.

We also suggest that you update the keyboard driver and check if it work.

Cheap Photo box that will get the job done

WEll i took on this project for PP hes a hardware reviewer and wants to get the professional looking pics for the Pc parts

Materials:

• Big cardboard box

• a razor

• white material 3 yards

• cone lights

• stapler

• medical tape

• pvc pipe about 6 inches longer than your box

• white paint any cheap finger paint would work

the project I'm guessing will cost me $30 if it works out properly
I will post pictures and step by step as i do it
