Computer Novice who inadvertantly corrupted or deleted NVIDIA driver

Having no internet access after I tried to open up more space so I could download Windows 10 updates. I inadvertently deleted or corrupted the NVIDIA nforce networking controller driver adapter version 7.3.1.7336. In order to replace the driver I have to have internet access. Well the driver I deleted or corrupted is needed for internet access. I do have a HP Electronics gram Thin and Light with Intel Core i7 (8th Gen) 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD. Could I download the driver I need using my laptop and a data stick and then use data stick to install the needed driver on my other computer? Explain please?
    Thanks from computer novice

    :)
