  1. Computer on Windows 11 too loud after startup

When I boot up my computer and log in, the sound for everything is significantly louder than it should be, increasing even more if I increase the volume. If I restart my computer the sound goes back to normal, but this means that every time I boot up my computer I have to restart it first. So far, this seems like a unique issue that has not been documented before, so I'm not sure what to try, but I have tried changing the volume, and waiting.
