Windows 10: Computer POSTS, Motherboard logo shows after that it blackscreens

OLD SPECSMSI H310M A PRO VD PLUSI3-71002x8GB TEAMELITE PLUS GOLD AND RED 2400mhz same timings,voltages,CL just different heatsink colors GOLD AND BLACKNEW SPECSMSI H510M A PROI5-114002x8GB TEAMELITE PLUS GOLD AND RED 2400mhz Same RAMs from my previous buildI upgraded it a year ago, and a few months after i upgraded I started to get boot failures. When I press the power button, it posts, but after the motherboard logo it's just black screen. No cursor, just nothing a blank black screen. I noticed when i press the power button the cpu ez debug led comes red for a split second and after that

Help! Data partition not showing under my computer

This is happening on a windows 2000 server. Our second partition of the system, for data is not showing under my computer. Here are the properties of it in disk management:





Now under logical drives its listed as F and shows free space available.

Suggestions on how to fix this?

The issue might be caused due to some issues with Power Management, I suggest you to run the Power troubleshooter by following the steps below:

• Type “Troubleshooting” in search box and press Enter.
• Click on “View all” on the top left pane.
• Select Power from the list and follow the prompts for troubleshooting.

Random blackscreen after logging in task manager NOT working and safe mode still shows a blackscreen

As I said I tried these steps except some because I have to acces my desktop through Safe mode but unfortunately I can't it still showing blackscreen, thank you even if it didn't help me but you tried have a good day !
