    Hi,I recently purchased a windows 11 PC and it has been working fine for about a month. I went to turn it on this morning and there was no response from my monitors, keyboard or mouse. So far I have tried the following:Restarting the computerUnplugging all the equipment then plugging it back into the computer.Reducing the monitor count from 2 to 1Moving the HDMI cable from the video card input to the motherboard inputAfter shutting down the computer, unplugging it from the wall for 30 minutes to reset the powerTried to turn on the computer in safemode using Microsoft's suggested method for b

    Mouse and keyboard don't work on Windows install

    Its a new build i was trying to install my windows os

    Thanks for your help my PS keyboard is working unfortunately my usb mouse/keyboard still do not work even after having my OS installed. How would i go about selecting to load the driver packages?

    Mouse and keyboard don't work on Windows install

    I have had this issue before luckily I have and old PS keyboard and mouse to use until windows loads. What version of windows are you trying to load? Like suggested make sure you have usb support on in the bios and you select to load the driver packages in memory when loading windws
