    Computer "Preparing Automatic Repair" Screen


    My computer is stuck in "Preparing Automatic Repair" Screen and it does not change from that ... Its been 2 hours and still only that screen shows up on startup no matter how many times i restart it. The screen does not proceed to the bluescreen repair screen no matter how long i wait... Plz help...Specs Windows 10,Intel i7, 8gb.... Recently repaired1 week ago and was working just fine until today

    computer screen turns black after it shows preparing automatic repair

    How long did you leave the "Preparing automatic repair" screen on for? Some times these steps can take some time to carry out and it may need leaving on overnight to complete.

    it shows that for about 5 seconds and then the screen turns black With a white foggy bit

    Preparing Automatic Repair

    My son's Lenovo Ideapad 110-15ACL has been stuck on "Preparing Automatic Repair" for over a week now. I can't followed any steps listed for remedying it because the computer doesn't respond to any instructions, like holding F8 or even booting from a USB, at all. Has anyone ideas or it's time to discard this 5-year old laptop?
